答：(1)安全：我們的設備有防堵塞裝置，還配有壓力表、報警器、安全閥、負壓設備，正常運行都是負壓或常壓下工作。萬(wàn)一發(fā)生堵塞，產(chǎn)生壓力，有報警器，如果報警，工人不在或睡覺(jué)沒(méi)聽(tīng)見(jiàn)，有安全閥自動(dòng)減壓，確保不能有事故發(fā)生。切記工人須按正規操作，經(jīng)常檢查壓力表、報警器、安全閥管道暢通。設備運行過(guò)程中，值班工人不得隨意離崗，更不能睡覺(jué)，警鐘長(cháng)鳴，確保安全生產(chǎn)。

　　(2)環(huán)保：環(huán)境保護分為水、渣、氣、聲四部分。

　?、偎譃閮刹糠?，一是冷凝用水，進(jìn)去什么樣的水，放出什么樣的水，循環(huán)使用，只是溫度高點(diǎn)，絕無(wú)污染。

　?、谠邮且环N副產(chǎn)品，可做炭黑、免燒磚，添加化工原料后可做成工業(yè)或農用煤。

　　(3)節能：尾氣的回收利用，以及科學(xué)的火道設計都能達到節能目的，從而降低成本。

　　(4)壽命長(cháng)：熱風(fēng)爐壽命長(cháng)，但不節能，其耗費能源的成本遠大于修爐的成本，直燒節能但反應釜壽命短，這是一個(gè)矛盾，本公司在受火部分的反應釜采取加厚鋼板的辦法，解決了這個(gè)矛盾，受火部分的鋼板氧化快，一般采用14mm、16mm、18mm、20mm厚度的鋼板，或12mm厚的不銹鋼板材，其他氧化慢的地方則采用12mm厚20g鋼板，這樣設備既節能壽命又長(cháng)。

　　(5)自動(dòng)化程度高：高配置設備、配有小鏟車(chē)，輸送帶，自動(dòng)進(jìn)料機?？勺詣?dòng)進(jìn)料、自動(dòng)排渣、自動(dòng)報警、自動(dòng)減壓、負壓自動(dòng)調節、尾氣自動(dòng)回收等。

Normal operation are going on under negative pressure or ordinary pressure. Workers shall operate normally and check pressure gauges, alarm and safety valve pipe flow regular. To ensure safety in production, the shift worker are not free to their posts.

　　(3)Energy conservation: recycling of exhaust gas and science fire channel design can save energy and thereby reducing costs.

　　(4)Long life: hot-blast stove is long life, but not energy-saving, its much greater than the repair costs of furnace. Direct fired reactor is energy-saving but short life. It is a contradiction. We resolved this conflict by thickening steel plate reactor of fire approach part which oxidized extremely, so we generally use the 14mm, 16mm, 18mm, 20mm thickness of steel plate, or 12mm stainless steel plate, other slow oxidation parts use 12mm thickness plate (20kg), not only energy, but long life.

　　(5)High degree of automation: the advanced device, with a small forklift, conveyorand automatic feeding machine. Equipments can feed, slagging, alarm, decompress, adjust negative pressure and exhaust recycling, the whole process is automatic.
